Members are coached at the same time by various coaches, who then work together to identify common themes that arise during sessions. They are not asked to disclose the specifics of the coaching conversation, and Leadership Intelligence’s certified coaches take care not to betray client confidentiality. Common threads are discovered and woven into an insightful picture for the group or group’s leader.
