A member of the Leadership Intelligence coaching community since 2007, Elaine brings particular expertise in career planning and development, executive coaching and psychological assessment. She has successfully coached clients preparing for career advancement and transition, developing leadership capability and finding a better balance between career and life demands.
Elaine’s background includes a Masters degree in Psychology and over 25 years of experience as a consultant, executive recruiter, coach and instructor in both corporate and post-secondary academic contexts. She is qualified and experienced with a range of assessment tools including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Strong and Career Leader Interest Inventories, the Bar-On EQ-I and several 360° feedback instruments.
Elaine is active in professional affairs and is a past President and active member of the Association of Career Professionals International, Toronto Chapter.
