Wendy Turpin is an organization and leadership consultant and an executive coach. A certified management consultant (CMC) with over 25 years of experience, she works with senior leaders facing the challenges of strategic change. Whether with individual leaders or executive teams, she helps her clients achieve results in the planning, design and implementation of strategic change programs, including, merger/acquisition integration, business transformation, and enterprise technology implementation.
As a consultant, Wendy specializes in organizational and leadership capabilities to deliver on business strategy. She also focuses on organizational design, high-performing senior teams and change program governance. She works collaboratively with her clients and draws on strong diagnostic and facilitation skills to surface and resolve key issues and build team alignment around change priorities and plans. As a coach she works with senior leaders and teams to develop change leadership capabilities and improve performance. Her consulting and coaching engagements are most often with clients in the financial services, technology and public sectors.
Prior to 2009, Wendy was with Oliver Wyman (formerly Mercer Delta) for six years where she practiced in the areas of organization design, strategic change programs, leadership coaching and executive talent management. Previously she was a Director with Johnston Smith International before the firm was acquired by Mercer Delta. Prior to that, she worked with a leading information technology consulting firm, DMR Group (now Fujitsu Consulting), and specialized in IT strategy, change leadership and process reengineering. Wendy has a Bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Ottawa. For executive coaching, Wendy trained with Adler International Learning.
