Until 2007, Ingrid was a Senior Manager in KPMG’s Advisory Services practice. For twenty five years, Ingrid worked with a wide range of organizations in the private, not for profit and broader public sectors to increase the effectiveness of people (Board, management, staff and stakeholders) in accomplishing vision, mission and strategic goals. Her work typically involved the customized design and execution of stakeholder consultation strategies as well as working together with the organization’s executive team to conclude useful, implementable strategies and improvement opportunities.

Ingrid is a seasoned facilitator, comfortable in a wide range of milieus, able to bridge the gap from theory to practical, with a particular skill in helping groups achieve consensus on solutions. She focuses on organizational and governance effectiveness, strategic planning, human resource management and leading change. She has worked with a wide range of clients in private business, government, and not for profit sectors.

Ingrid began her consulting career with Ernst & Ernst. Over the years she stayed with the firm through a number of mergers. After KPMG sold its consulting business and that organization became a publicly traded company (BearingPoint) she rejoined KPMG LLP. Ingrid works throughout Southwestern Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area.
