
Lynn Bennett

Lynn is the president of Leadership Intelligence and a Certified Management Consultant. Most recently she was honoured being named by her peers as a Fellow of the Ontario Institute of Certified Management Consultants. Additionally, Lynn holds her designation as an Associate Certified Coach having completed her leadership and team coach education at Georgetown University in Washington. A life long learner and dedicated to her professions Lynn is a graduate from Wilfrid Laurier University Honours Bachelor of Business Administration.
Working with a variety of clients across all sectors, Lynn has developed and facilitated leadership development programs for high-potential talent. Over the last six years she has collaborated with the OPS Ministries in the development and delivery of Managers Achieving Excellence (Learning Ministries), Ecological Sustainability & Leadership (MNR), Developing Leaders (MTO), Leadership Education & Development School (MF/MR/AMAFRA). As an executive coach and strategic thinking partner, Lynn encourages leaders to create new avenues to higher performance, overcoming organizational conflict, enhancing decision-making, and creating substantive change and stability, during times of complexity and uncertainty.
Lynn believes in giving back to both her profession and her community. She does this through her volunteer work with Yee Hong Geriatric Centre and the Certified Management Consultants of Canada. She recently retired from Yee Hong’s Board after nine years of service during which time she sat as a member of the Executive Committee and chaired both the Strategic Planning and Governance Committees. As for her volunteerism with CMC-Canada she is currently serving as the Chair of the National Board having previously been President of CMC-Ontario.
