Susan brings her vast experience in the public, private and non-profit sectors to each client in an engaging and inspiring manner. She is dedicated to working with clients using awareness, empowerment and new thinking to assist with creating high performance behaviour. Susan assists her clients to determine aspirations, strengths, challenges and capacities in order to achieve their maximum potential. Confidence is developed for risk taking and innovation while insightful perspectives and motivation support progress to new levels of engagement and achievement.

Presently Susan’s coaching and training practice supports leaders as they strive to meet challenges, and navigate change. She assists teams to create positive, supportive and achievement oriented climates to increase efficiency and productivity while honouring values and maintaining a positive ‘people based’ culture. Her extensive award winning educational background (elementary to college) allows her to create a customized approach for each client using “differentiated coaching”. As a former athlete and coach, she has recently expanded her practice to include elite competitive athletes who compete both nationally and internationally.

Specializations include an advanced certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Emotional Intelligence and Effective Thinking Intelligence as well as the Winslow Assessment. All of these comprehensive and effective tools create and support a deep, rich and rewarding experience to her clients.

Susan is passionate about service to others as an active Rotarian, currently serving as a District Chair and Founder in creating Canada’s first E Rotary Club. In addition, she has volunteered for the Simcoe County United Way training and development team and is a past Board Director for the Barrie Gilda’s Club.
